Spectrum Development Group was founded in 2011 by Joe Haupt to offer services from our team’s multi-disciplinary real estate development background (brokerage, entitlements, project management, and construction management) under a single platform.

Our team will handle all aspect including bid/award of contracts, management of contracts, RFI and submittal trafficking, payment applications, and close out.
